In the lead up to Wai-Con’s Karaoke competition, a preliminary competition was held in November with the best male and best female winners advancing to the finals on the Sunday.  On Saturday at 2:30pm another group of singers can strut their stuff on the convention stage for a chance to grab the last final spots. Singers can chose any song they wish from J-Pop to current chart toppers and everything in-between.

An expert panel of judges will look at vocal talent, audience response and stage presence to determine the finalists and the overall winner. The Karaoke Competition gives people the chance to show their singing talent and skills to a large audience in a fun and exciting way. Hang around and support your friends and fellow con-goers as they belt their stuff in the hopes of becoming Wai-Con’s next karaoke superstar!

Song lists can either be searched by ARTIST or by SONG TITLE.
